It's very professional & sleek looking I like the silky material on the outside it's a vibe! And the strap is very luxe. The only thing I would change is the elastic straps/ holders for brushes & pencils etc - if it's not packed full then they seem to fall out into the bottom, I think that would be better as pockets rather that strips!

With so many bags on the market being 1/3 of the price of the everyday bag you would tend to question why would I pay this price. I was that person because I thought they were all equal. Well I’m going to be the first to apologize to ETOILE. I’m sorry wholeheartedly. This bag is everything and more and more on top of that. I literally said to myself today when you received your package and there’s a box inside of another box and in that box is your product which is in a dust bag that’s luxury! I’ve been contemplating on order another everyday bag. As a Bridal MUA I normally have 2 cases with me. Overall 10000000/10

I am so so happy with this purchase I had a case similar for years and it was time to replace and upgrade! All the hardware and space and design is top notch and everything I was looking for. It’s so easy to wipe down and keep clean as well which just looks absolutely incredible and professional. Worth the investment and a space saver as well . Also the packaging that it is sent to you in is so luxury and definitely upgraded my experience purchasing from this company

Love how luxurious this feels! Very similar to the Releval XL case. I love the straps to the pouch for organize lip, brow and eye pencils! Genius design as I always had liners get lost in the relevant pencil pouches. I loved the personalized touch they give when delivering the bag with the white bag. The design of the outside and straps feel really lux. Love the design of the top pouch for organizing.

However as I’m used to the size of the RelevalXLbag I wish this bag had a little more room as the releval XL has. This is the main improvement I would LOVE to see is the case have about an inch - 2 inches more of depth in the main section and top pouch. If you use cases like the MYO cases it will be a tight squeeze especially if you use those with pencils in the pencil straps. Even with the use of bottles like the ELF halo glow will be pushing it in height. It will fit but the squeeze will be tight.
